Medical Records

A repository for student health and medical information. Access is restricted to authorized admin or medical personnel.


Modules

Functional components of Grado that represent specific system features such as Grades, Courses, and Payments. Access to each module depends on assigned roles and permissions.


Midterm (MT)

A grading component representing the midpoint evaluation of student performance within a term or semester. It is commonly used as the basis for computing final term grades.


Online Grade Submission

A system feature allowing faculty to encode, save, and submit grades digitally from within Grado. Submissions can then go through review and approval workflows.


Open Grade Sheet

An option within the Faculty Portal that allows faculty to open and update the grade sheet of a class prior to approval or locking.


Parent Class

A main class grouping used to link multiple related sections or subjects together for shared grade or attendance management.


Payment Schedule

A configuration defining when and how often students must settle fees for an academic term or year. Displayed during assessment and payment processing.


Payments

Financial transactions recorded against a student’s assessments or outstanding fees.


Permissions

Access rights assigned to user roles. Each module permission is divided into actions such as List, View, Edit, Approve, or Archive.


Profiles

Basic user information including personal data, contact details, and account credentials. Accessible to Admin, Faculty, and Student users according to their permissions.


Program Curriculum

The full set of subjects and requirements that comprise a student’s degree or academic track. It combines the curriculum and program information for proper tracking of academic progress.


Programs

Academic offerings managed under the Degree Programs module. Each program contains curriculums, subjects, and specialization details.
