Some users serve as both administrators and teachers
Grado supports dual-role accounts, letting you switch between Admin and Faculty views without logging out.
Dual-role users perform both management and teaching functions—like department heads or program chairs.
Â
Each role opens its own portal:
Admin View – for managing records, assessments, and reports.
Faculty View – for handling classes, grade sheets, and advising.
💡 You log in once. Switching changes the interface and permissions, not your account.
By default, users with dual roles are directed to the Faculty Dashboard after signing in.
Â
Click the hamburger icon (☰) at the top left.
The side menu opens.
Click Switch to Admin View.
The page reloads and displays the Admin dashboard.
Â
Click your profile icon at the top right.
A dropdown menu appears.
Click Switch to Faculty View.
The page reloads and displays the Faculty dashboard.
💡 Save work before switching; unsaved entries won’t carry over.
💡 Verify your active view before making changes.
💡 Role-specific announcements appear only in that view.
