Introduced new eligibility data management for SF10 forms:
Added an SF10 eligibility field to student profiles.
Administrators can now populate eligibility details for Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School directly from the Admin Portal.
Added a new school setting to enable or disable eligibility updates from the Student Portal.
Students can now view their own eligibility details.
(No user-visible fixes in this release.)
Updated some display elements on the report cards.
The GWA (General Weighted Average) in SF10 forms for Elementary, JHS, and SHS is now automatically computed in real time during generation.
